Comfortable hotel with very good free Wi-Fi. The staff - amiable and consistently courteous. Spacious and well furnished rooms, lovely views of the harbor. Extremely comfy beds, marvellous location convenient to all tourist sites. Based very close to fabulous restaurants, shopping centre and square.

Very good service, best possible and prime location next to a fun fair with a 'London Eye' type Ferris wheel. Varied and enjoyable breakfast with variety of food. Very friendly, attentive people working here.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean nice basic hotel. Throughout the day staff were gentle and pretty friendly. Overall it was good sized with views over the port.

It is an interesting place for walking around, has stunningly beautiful views of the town across a square of the land side. Varied breakfast with a lot of savoury food. Fantastic, nice location really close to shops, restaurants and bars, the night life in Los Cantones and all the restaurants & bars, efficient staff. Also, very close to the historical centre.

Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a minibar, a work desk, and a multi-channel television. Large, absolutely fantastic breakfast with cakes and bacon, for example.

The location was marvellous, relatively near Torre de Hercules. The area was lovely just off the centre, and the sandy beach: D

In a marvellous and absolutely perfect location very close to bars and restaurants.

The location was great and pleasant, really close to a shopping mall, and the cathedral, points of interest, bars and restaurants, in a lovely area. We had an exceptionally good breakfast with bacon, cooked to order, cakes included. Its staff were very-very nice.

The hotel is already showing its age. It is a disappointment specially if you have already experienced another NH Hotel. Needs to be refurbished in order to be at the normal level of a NH.

The quality of materials

The door next room was not lubricated, making noise whenever it was opened. Unfortunately, it was opened at 3am and 4am which woke us up (me and my wife). Tanking into account that we had requested a silent room through Booked.net, this was a serious failure. I also did not like the "low cost" approach of the hotel without previous information. Two examples: 1. When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted the car to be parked, but we were not told that it would cost 17 euros per night (it was the first time in my life that a hotel offers this service and then charges for it without previous notice that it will be charged); 2. I asked to iron a shirt + trousers and it was charged 14 euros plus 50% express fee (total 17 euros). However, I was not informed that the express fee would be charged. In general, I consider the hotel very good, but would consider more ethical to inform the customer of extras whenever they exist (e.g. parking and express iron). Thank you,

You'll find yourself surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the beautiful harbor. The rooms are spacious and come with all the comforts you'd expect. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is exactly as you imagined. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. this hotel is a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. The hotel overlooks the marina and is 5 minutes walk from the bars, cafes and restaurants of the old town. It is also a short walk to the beaches and seaside promenade. The airport bus stops nearby and buses along the coast to the Tower of Hercules and into the commercial centre, department stores etc stop virtually outside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent but if you prefer to eat out there are several cafes within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
